Process Analyst
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibilities:

• Deals with every day-to-day aspect to ensure that all process participants understand their roles and responsibilities toward the goal of delivering seamless execution of the end-to-end process
• Identifies and removes any bottleneck that may impede process performance
• Puts desired process adjustments in place as quickly as possible and with minimal disruption.
• Communicates all process changes and authorization procedures effectively across all affected business functional areas
• Maintains regularly monitoring process through internal performance audit to ensure productivity and service level achievement

Requirements:

• Strong communications skills (written and oral – in English and Indonesian) to develop and execute executive presentations to stakeholders of the organization
• Positive attitude and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Experience in project management, process definition and improvement -- process mapping, SOP, implementation, audit and performance monitoring
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills; and ability to work on multiple projects under tight time constraints
• Capable of keeping the big picture in mind while ensuring project goals are accomplished
• Good analytical skill – observing and evaluating statistical data and process map or document flow and understands logical flowcharting
• Self-motivated – does not need to be constantly supervised or given specific direction
• Bachelor degree in any major of engineering and statistics, preferably Industrial Engineering and Operations Research
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 14001
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
